This e-liquid is suitable for: e-cigarettes with +1.0 & -1.0 ohm coils, because the PG / VG ratio is 50/50.
-1.0Ω: For all coils below 1.0 ohm, the vapor is inhaled directly over the lungs. This mimics a water pipe effect and is therefore suitable for syrupy e-liquids with a VG of 50 or more.
+1.0 Ω: With coils above 1.0 ohm, the vapor first enters the mouth and can then be inhaled through the lungs. This mimics the effect of a traditional cigarette. Suitable for thin e-liquids with a PG of 50 or more.
As you can see there is a wide range of nicotine levels. A nicotine level of the e-cigarette is based on 1 pack of cigarettes in Europe, or you have to divide a nicotine level of an e-liquid by 20 "pack of cigarettes". For example, 18 mg of nicotine in an e-liquid divided by 20, you end up with 0.9 mg of nicotine. 0.9 mg nicotine is a heavy level with traditional cigarettes. See below a table with references:
e-liquids nicotine level> traditional cigarette
0mg = ZERO
6mg = LIGHT / MEDIUM
12mg = NORMAL
18mg = HEAVY
How do I know when the Coil needs to be replaced?
Replace the coil regularly as the coil burns out. But how do I know when the coil has burned out and when I have to order some new ones? The coil burns out when the e-liquid no longer gives the full taste, you can then see for certainty whether the white cotton of the coil has turned brown. Many people wonder when the coil needs to be replaced. This is entirely due to the vapor behavior of the person. Below is an indication when the coil needs to be replaced.
Smoking behavior> coil replaced
• You smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day = coil replaced every 1.5 weeks
• You smoke between 10 & 20 cigarettes per day = coil replaced every 1 week
• You smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day = coil replaced every 5 days
